The Unlock Housing/Disaster Recovery 2024 Home Repair program is currently closed out for Phase 1 due to a high volume of applications received. For clients who have already submitted an application, please check your email, phone, and mail for updates from program provider. For new applicants, please leave your contact information by clicking below register button and we will contact you when program becomes available. For clients who already have a scheduled appointment, we will contact you directly with updates and further instructions.

- Program Registration: every Tuesday and Thursday | 1.00 PM – 4.00 PM
- Drop-off Documents: from Monday to Thursday | 9.00 AM – 3.00 PM
- Original or printed documents are required with all pages.
- Documents stored online or on mobile devices must be printed out before your appointment date.
