The Chinese Community Center’s Child Development and Youth Programs serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks that meet USDA guidelines at no cost to families through the CACFP program (Texas Department of Agriculture’s Child and Adult Care Food Program). The program does not discriminate against any potential participant.
CCC Early Learning Center is a grant recipient of the Community Development Block Grant through the Child Care Council of Greater Houston.

7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
Our child care center is closed for seven national holidays and two teacher professional development days each year.
National holidays that fall on Saturday are observed on the preceding Friday, while those falling on Sunday are observed on the following Monday.

- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve Early Dismissal at Noon
- Christmas Day
(All of the above closings do not affect tuition payments.)
