Want to own your own home, but don’t know where to start?
Attend Homebuyer Education at the Chinese Community Center.
The Chinese Community Center became a HUD Affiliate in late 2008 and is proud to be the only HUD Affiliate in Texas offering linguistically appropriate services in Chinese and Vietnamese. We also partner with the City of Houston and Harris County’s Homebuyer Assistance Program. As part of our commitment to financial education, the Center is a recognized organization for homebuyers needing at least eight (8) hours of education to qualify for down payment assistance. Through financial and homeowner education, the Chinese Community Center empowers families to achieve self-sufficiency and long-term success.
